โญ There were many internal and external conflicts that challenged the pre-existing government rule of countries. From slave revolts to clashes between indigenous people and colonists, the period between 1450-1750 was ripe with conflict. Out of the conflict came many successes and protection of human life and territory, like Nzingaโs protection of Ndongo from the Portuguese.
