In this stream, I go into depth about a three-step process for rhetorical analysis: Identify, Decide, and Analyze. I also cover ethos/logos/pathos, rhetorical techniques, and rhetorical devices. Most importantly, students should take away that after identifying rhetorical devices, they need to analyze why the author used the device and how it contributes to their purpose.
