Congressional district method

Definition

The Congressional District Method is a system used for allocating electoral votes in the United States where two electoral votes go to the statewide popular vote winner, and one electoral vote is awarded to the popular vote winner in each Congressional district. This method allows for a more granular reflection of voter preference compared to the winner-takes-all approach in most states.
