Intrapreneurs

Definition

Intrapreneurs are employees within a company who are assigned to work on a special idea or project and are given the autonomy and flexibility to develop the project as an entrepreneur would, but within the organization. They utilize their entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and new ideas without bearing the external risks of traditional entrepreneurship.
