Postconventional Morality

Definition

This is the third level of moral development, as proposed by Lawrence Kohlberg, where individuals make decisions based on universal ethical principles and the concept of justice.

Ethical Principles: Basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions. They include honesty, integrity, fairness, respect for others etc.
